Boxing Classes
Please note monthly memberships expire 30 days after the purchase date. Athletes will be able to attend all scheduled sessions to a specific class during the membership cycle. If an athlete is absent from that days session it not compensated unless GCS cancelled that session.

This class with Coach Danny will aim to improve your cardiovascular conditioning and body strength through the sport of Boxing. Coach Danny will take the members of this class through workouts combining boxing-specific skills with overall cardio conditioning. This class may include some components of body weight strength training. Come get your sweat on with Coach Danny every Monday afternoon!!
